Truck N Co Monthly Giveaway – Terms
Short version: send us your own truck photos, snaps, stories or videos, and each one gives you entries in a free monthly draw. One winner is drawn at random on the 1st of each month.
1. Promoter
Truck N Co (ABN 11 093 772 359), Shed 4, 23 North Creek Rd, Ballina NSW 2478. Email: info@trucknco.com.
2. Who can enter
Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families can't enter. Entry is free and no purchase is needed.
3. Entry periods
Each calendar month is a separate entry period, running from 12:00am on the 1st to 11:59pm on the last day of the month (Sydney time). The first period runs from 2 November 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 November 2026. Entries don't carry over to the next month.
4. How to enter
Submit your own content through the forms at trucknco.com/pages/send-it-in. Entries are counted like this:
- Your truck (Pride & Joy form): 1 entry per truck.
- Snap from the Road (one photo with a caption): 1 entry, with a maximum of 1 counted per person per day.
- Story from the Road (written, at least 50 words): 2 entries per story.
- Truckies Tales video: 3 entries per video.
Each entry must be different. Repeated or near-identical submissions only count once. Entries must use a valid email address that belongs to the entrant.
5. Content rules
- You must own the content you send, and anyone clearly shown in it must be happy for it to be shared.
- Photos and videos must be taken while safely parked. Content showing phone use while driving, or unsafe or illegal driving, isn't eligible.
- No offensive, defamatory or misleading content, and nothing that breaks anyone else's rights.
- The Promoter can decline any entry that doesn't meet these rules, and those entries aren't counted.
6. Using your content
By entering, you give the Promoter permission to publish your content, with your first name and state, on its website, social media, emails and ads, and to crop or edit it for length. You keep ownership of your content. Truckies Tales videos are also covered by the video consent form. Whether or not your content is published doesn't affect your chance in the draw.
7. The draw
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm (Sydney time) on the 1st of the following month, or the next business day if the 1st isn't a business day, at the Promoter's address above. The first draw is at 12:00pm on Tuesday 1 December 2026.
8. The prize
The prize for each month is shown on the giveaway page during that month. The prize for the November 2026 period is the New Driver Starter Bundle: one personalised log book cover, one pair of Road V2 Day Driving Glasses, one pair of Road V2 Night Driving Glasses and one pair of Leather Riggers Gloves, valued at $357.80 (RRP, incl. GST). The log book cover is engraved with the winner's choice of design and name. Delivery anywhere in Australia is included. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash.
9. Winner
The winner is emailed within 2 business days of the draw and needs to reply within 14 days with delivery details. If they don't, a redraw is held at 12:00pm on the next business day, under the same rules. The winner's first name and state are published on trucknco.com and our social pages within 7 days of the draw.
10. Privacy
We use your details to run the giveaway, contact you about your entry and, if you choose, send you Truck N Co news. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your details. See our privacy policy for more.
