Our Products

Our leather products are made from genuine buffalo leather. Natural leather has slight variations in grain, colour and texture, so no two pieces are identical. These variations are part of the product's character and aren't considered faults.

Personalised & Custom Orders

For personalised and custom-logo orders, we email you a proof before engraving. Please check names, spelling and design carefully, as we engrave exactly what you approve. Once a proof is approved it goes into production and can't be changed.

By uploading a logo or image, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post, and to New Zealand. Other international orders are available on request – please contact us before ordering. Delivery times and rates are on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by Australia Post delays.

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

Returns & Refunds

Change of mind: non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer. Personalised and custom items can't be returned for change of mind as they're made just for you.

Faulty items: if your item is faulty or we've made a mistake, contact us with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it. We cover return postage on faulty items.

Warranty: our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. This doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Zip. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners – we never see or store your card details.

Privacy

We only use your details to process your order, provide customer service and, if you've signed up, send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We never sell or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing. Our website uses encrypted (SSL) connections to protect your information.
