    Poor customer service

    Bought a log book a while ago, phoned company as leather was leaking all over my log book. Was told I could get a replacement, so called in for replacement, owner wasn't there so a lady gave me a new one. Was then phoned by owner speaking abruptly to me, making accusations that I spoke to the lady left in charge poorly. I don't take to kind to false allegations of disrespect to woman. Lucky I had my wife with me who could vouch for me.
